What parents ask us.

Is it safe?
Yes. All training is bodyweight only, every drill has a Beginner and an Advanced version, and a full module covers injury prevention for growing bodies. If something hurts, your player should stop and see a doctor.
Do I need to supervise?
Usually not. Sessions are made for players to do on their own in a backyard, park or garage. For younger players, we suggest you look at the first sessions and the training load section together.
My child is under 13. Can they use it?
Yes. For players under 13, a parent creates the account. We only ask for what we need to run the program.
Can siblings use it?
Siblings can train together. Each account tracks one player’s plan, progress and streak, so a player who wants their own tracking needs their own account.
How do I get a refund?
