Terms of Use

01The basics

The Academy Method is run by Viktor Grbić, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using this site, creating an account or buying the program, you agree to these terms.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them. Purchases are made by a parent or guardian, or with their permission.

02What you get

The Academy Method is a digital training program: a drill library, training plans, and guides on recovery, growth, mindset, positions, nutrition and getting noticed.

Everything streams inside your account on our website. Nothing is downloaded. We keep improving the program, so lessons may be updated, added or reorganized over time.

03Buying the program

The program is a one-time payment of the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription.

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our seller of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax and receipts, and its own terms also apply to your checkout.

04Your account

• One account is for one player.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up.
• A player under 13 needs a parent or guardian to create the account.

05How you can use the content

Your purchase gives one player a personal license to use the program for as long as we offer it. If we ever decide to close the program, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.

You may not:

• Share your login or let other players use your account.
• Record, download, copy, resell or publish the videos, plans or guides.
• Use bots or scripts to copy content from the site.

All content belongs to The Academy Method. Club names are mentioned only to describe Viktor’s playing background. Those clubs are not connected to and do not endorse The Academy Method.

06Train safely

Soccer training is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Warm up, train in a safe space, and stop if something hurts.

Nothing in the program is medical, nutrition or psychological advice. Our guides on growth, recovery, nutrition and mindset are general education. If you have an injury, a health condition or pain that doesn’t go away, talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before training. Parents should supervise younger players.

07No guaranteed results

We share the methods used in professional academies, but we don’t promise specific results such as making a team, getting a scholarship or being scouted. Your progress depends on your effort, your body and many other factors.

08Refunds

Every purchase comes with our 14-day “Do the Work” guarantee. See the Refund Policy for details.

09Free challenge and emails

When you join the free challenge, you agree to receive the challenge emails and occasional emails about the program. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click.

10Partner program

Our partner (affiliate) program runs on Lemon Squeezy and follows its affiliate terms. Partners earn the commission shown at signup on sales made through their link. Partners may not use spam, misleading claims or fake reviews, and may not buy through their own link. We may remove partners who break these rules and cancel commissions earned that way.

11Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing logins or copying content. When a refund is issued, access to the program closes. You can delete your account anytime in My account.

12Limits of our liability

We work hard to keep the site and program running well, but we provide them “as is” and can’t promise they will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your home country or state.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will let you know by email or on the site. Questions? Email hello@theacademymethod.com.
